The purpose of this article is to explain the working of the issues dashboard.

The top row of the dashboard consist of widgets that show the number of issues per different status type. Furthermore, there are also two widgets that show the average number of days and hours it takes to close an issue.
The entire top row doesn't respond to the filter 'Status' since this value is predefined in the widget.
Some widgets/ charts have the following icon on the top left corner:
This means that detail pages are available. To view those:
1) For the top row: click on the number for which you would like to see more details.
2) For charts: right-click on the value for which you would like to see more details and select 'jump to ...'
To close the detail page, click next to the pop-up screen.
Number of issues per status - shows the ratio between different statuses. Move your mouse over the sections to see the exact number of issues.
Number of issue per type - shows number of issues per issue types. Move your mouse over the sections to see the exact number of issues.
Top 25 locations with the most issues per type - The top 25 locations (client, object, unit) where the most issues have been made, displayed per type. Move your mouse over the sections to see the exact number of issues.
Zoom in on clients or a specific status to see more information.
Each dashboard has a set of filter available in the panel on the right. To edit these filters, move your mouse over the title of the filter that you want to adjust. On the right of the title, a pencil-shaped icon will appear, click on this icon. All values with a checkmark will be included in the filter. It is recommended to deselect all values first by unchecking the top box before selecting the required values.
Client, object, unit
Date - to make sure open issues do not disappear in the background, all issues that are open and in progress correspond to the date of today. All closed issues match with their creation date.
