In Leviy, standard times can be set for unit categories for the cleaning of the various rooms. With the App, the time is recorded as soon as the Room Attendant starts performing the task. During the day, this time can be viewed in the Dashboard and in the App. Various 'Reports' can be exported from the Dashboard.

View current cleaning times in the Dashboard

Follow the steps below to view the current cleaning times in Dashboard.

1. Navigate to the  Object via the menu bar

2. Click on Housekeeping in the menu on the left.

3. On this page you can find the planning of the cleaning task per Room Attendant

A time is displayed behind the name of each Room Attendant, for example, 4m.

- Are the minutes green? Then the selected Room Attendant is X minutes ahead of schedule

- Are the minutes red? Then the selected Room Attendant is X minutes behind schedule


Tip
It is possible to give Room Attendants insight into their own progress in the App. This can be activated in the Object. Select 'Give room attendants insight into progress'.


Viewing the current cleaning times in the App

Follow the steps below to view the current cleaning times in the app.

1. Click on the Housekeeping button on the home screen

2. Here you will see an indicator per Room Attendant and per list on the right-hand side

- Is the indicator green? Then the selected Room Attendant is running X minutes ahead of schedule

- Is the indicator red? Then the selected Room Attendant is X minutes behind schedule


Cleaning time report

1. Navigate to the Object via the menu bar

2. Click on Housekeeping statistics in the menu on the left

3. Select in the first dropdown Report Cleaning time overview per week

4. Select the Date of the week of which you want to retrieve the overview

5. Click on Confirm to view the report

The summary shows a comparison of the 'Standard Time' and the 'Average Time' broken down by task and unit category.


Adjusting standard times

In the Housekeeping module, the standard time of the various cleaning tasks is linked per unit category, so that insight can be provided into the progress of the cleaners. By using the step-by-step plan below, the cleaning time of a task can be adjusted.

1. Navigate via the menu bar to the Object

2. Click on Unit category in the menu on the left

3. Click on the title of the unit category

4. Click on Tasks

5. Click on the task for which you want to adjust the standard time

6. Click on Edit at the top right

7. Modify the cleaning time and/or the inspection time

8. Click on Save
