With the Housekeeping module, it is possible to manage the daily operations of the hotel completely digitally. The daily tasks are automatically made available in Leviy via the PMS. The Housekeeping manager can plan and organise all daily tasks directly online.

 

This article explains how you can change the status of rooms in the App as a Room Attendant.



Register cleaning in the App

Follow the steps below to register the cleaning of a hotel room as a Room Attendant.


1. Click on Housekeeping on the home screen

2. Click on the Unit you want to clean

3. Click on Start and start cleaning

4. When you have finished cleaning press Stop

The hotel room is ready to be checked.


DND - Do not disturb

When a hotel guest has indicated that they do not want to be disturbed, you can mark the hotel room as 'do not disturb' in the App. Follow the steps below to mark the hotel room as 'do not disturb'.


1. Click on Housekeeping on the home screen

2. Click on the Unit

3. Click on DND

The hotel room is now marked as do not disturb. If the room can still be cleaned at a later time, follow the steps of Registering Cleaning in the App.
