We are continuously working on improving your experience with Leviy by fixing issues as fast as possible and providing you with new solutions. Here is an overview of all fixes and improvements you can find in our latest releases.
What's improved in the Dashboard v9.39?
- Blocked users highlighted when editing group - When a user is blocked, it is possible that they are still assigned to a group. When editing a group, blocked users are now shown in a separate tab to reduce noise and provide quick insight into which may need to be unlinked.
- Active and inactive objects split - In 'Organisation' the object overview is split into active and inactive. This way we are one step closer to renewing object management.
- Better differentiation between audit planning statuses - In audit planning, the presentation of scheduled audits has been simplified to improve readability. Icons are only used as additional indicators and the number of status colours has been reduced to three:
- Blue = To be performed audits
- A time icon
is visible when it is the last day that the audit can be performed
- A time icon
- Red = Cancelled audits
- A message icon
is visible when an employee has provided a reason why an audit could not be performed
- A message icon
- Green = Performed audits
- A success icon
is visible when the result of an audit is sufficient
- An error icon
is visible when the result of an audit is insufficient
- A success icon
- Blue = To be performed audits
- Client status - The client's status has been added to the detail page of a client in Organisation. This way it is always clear what status the selected client has.
What's improved in the App v4001.8?
- Points of attention highlighted - On the renewed units screen, units with points of attention now have an indicator. This way, cleaners can easily see where outstanding points of attention need to be met. Would you like to access this new feature? Join our test team!
- Synchronise button - While we have been renewing parts of the App, we have left the Sync button untouched. This release includes a replacement of the sync button in some screens of the App. Visual it is unchanged, but under the hood things have been modernised.
What's going on behind the waves?
- Work Tickets module - Behind the scenes, we are busy with a new work tickets module. Soon it will be possible to view and process work tickets in the Leviy App through an integration with an external system. If you already have questions or ideas, don't hesitate to contact us!
