Insights into Leviy

Navigate to Insights

Insights are available within the various modules of Leviy. Follow these steps to view the Insights:


1. Navigate to the relevant module in the left menu:

-Quality for DKS, Checklists, MKS & Forms

-Issues

-Cleaning for Work Program, Tasks, Cleaning Status

-Time Registration

-Work Tickets

2. Click on the relevant Insights on the left side and select the different perspectives at the top.


Filters

The data displayed comes from the linked customers and objects of your group. Zoom further into this data using filters. Follow these steps:


1 .Navigate to the relevant Insights as described above.

2. Click on Filter  to the left of the Insights. 

3. Choose the filters you want to apply and click Apply Filters.


Making Insights visible to users

Currently, users with the user type Application Administrator have default access to Insights. They can also make the different Insights available to colleagues. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Insights

2. Click on Policy

3. Choose Standard or Custom Insights

4. Select one or more of the desired options:

-All users

-All users with a specific user type

-Specific users

5. Click on Save
