- Smart real-time translation in the Leviy app: effortless understanding for everyone - As finding and retaining skilled cleaning staff becomes increasingly challenging, effective communication on the work floor is more important than ever. That’s why Leviy introduces an innovative new feature: real-time translation of manually entered texts in the app.
Leviy automatically translates not just menus, but also manually entered texts — directly into the recipient’s language. Team members can now communicate in their preferred language — the app automatically translates messages into the recipient’s language.For example, if you type “Ramen schoonmaken” in Dutch, your German-speaking colleague will instantly see “Fensterreinigung” on their screen.

New: clearer issues with photo annotations - You can now easily highlight exactly what an issue is about when adding a photo. The new annotation feature lets you circle or mark a specific part of the image, so it’s immediately clear what you mean.

Insights
- Update: Change in Data Analysis and Subprocessor - We would like to inform you that Sisense is no longer included as a subprocessor in our data processing agreement.
Instead, we are now using Leviy Insights, our own analytics solution, which is fully integrated into the Leviy dashboard.
What does this mean for you as a customer?
✔ No more subprocessors for data analysis – all your data remains within the Leviy platform, without being shared with external parties.
✔ Faster and more secure access – fewer dependencies result in better performance and enhanced data security.
