Release Notes ✍️ - Edition #8 2025

Modified on Wed, 6 Aug at 10:39 AM

It is our mission to improve your working day. To achieve this, we are constantly working on new developments so that you can work more efficiently, but above all enjoy what you do!

Below you will find an overview of all improvements that can be found in August 2025. Do you have feedback or wishes? Send an email to support@leviy.com and maybe we will soon translate your feedback into a nice improvement!

Quality

  • Performed MKS inspections now visible in the app - From now on, you can view performed MKS inspections directly in the app. Just like with DKS inspections, checklists and forms, you’ll get a clear overview of the results, including the total score. The detailed PDF is easy to open and only shown if you have the appropriate permissions.

Issues

  • Clearer issue button in the app - The button to mark an issue as resolved now reads ‘Issue is resolved’ instead of ‘Close issue’. Feedback showed the previous text caused confusion, users thought it would only close the screen, while it actually completed the issue. Thanks to this update, it’s now immediately clear what happens when you press the button.
  • Predefined labels now shown in your own language - Users now see predefined labels in the language they have set themselves. This prevents messages containing a mix of languages, such as a Dutch label followed by English or Polish text. It makes communication through issues clearer and more consistent for everyone.

Work schedule

  • Task count now includes periodic tasks - The overview of work schedules now shows the full number of tasks, including periodic tasks if they are set. Previously, only regular tasks were counted. As a manager or back office user, you now get a more complete view of the total task load per work schedule.
  • Unit title added to linking list export - When exporting the linking list, you now see not only the unit number and the titles of the work schedules, but also the unit title. This gives managers and back office staff more context and a clearer overview in the Excel file.
