Quality
- More control over your quality in the new year - A new year is the perfect moment to turn good intentions into action. Would you like more insight and structure in your inspections? With the planning policy, you can now organise your inspections more effectively. You can easily schedule DKS, MKS, forms and checklists at a fixed frequency. In addition, the beta label has been removed and the planning policy is fully ready for daily use.
By now, everyone is working with the planning policy. A great milestone we are proud of, as this successful migration provides one clear and future proof way of planning.
You can also now create an export of the overview of your planned inspections. And to make planning even more flexible, not only the application administrator user type but also the backoffice user type can make changes. This ensures the planning policy fits even better with daily practice.
Work more efficiently when creating a DKS - When creating a DKS, there is now a convenient dropdown menu that allows you to search for employees or sections to link them. This means you no longer need to scroll. As a result, you work faster and with more clarity.
Operations
- More flexibility in your digital work schedule - It is now possible to schedule a task up to 15 times per day in your work schedule. This is ideal for situations where inspections or activities are required more frequently during the day, such as in toilet areas or an operating theatre. Where a maximum of 6 times per day previously applied, you can now easily schedule a single task more often without additional steps. This ensures the planning aligns better with daily practice and keeps the work process clear and manageable.
