Release Notes ✍️ - Edition #1 2024

It is our mission to improve your working day. To achieve this, we are constantly working on new developments so that you can work more efficiently, but above all enjoy what you do!

Below you will find an overview of all improvements that can be found in January 2024. Do you have feedback or wishes? Let us know here and maybe we will soon translate your feedback into a nice improvement!

General

• Zoom in on photos - In several places, it is possible to add a photo, for example when creating an issue and when performing an audit. For estimating a technical problem, it is sometimes difficult to read from a photo on a small screen. Therefore, you can now zoom in on photos in the app for a better view. 

Cleaning

• Insight in progress web - During the day, progress can be monitored remotely under Insights in the Cleaning module. By having real-time insight into the cleaning process, you can discover how to prevent obstacles for cleaners by looking at the reasons why tasks were cancelled. You can also discover which units still have open tasks, this way it’s even easier to manage your team!

• Insight in progress app - From now on, the object screen in the app, shows how many daily or weekly tasks are open under the heading “Regular”. This allows you can see at a glance what still needs to be done.

• Parts filter improved - The Parts filter has been broken down to a filter by Layout. Instead of clicking on ‘parts’, from now on you click on the names of the layouts, such as ‘Floors’ or ‘Departments’. This makes it easier to understand and a lot clearer.

• Progress daily/weekly - From now on, you can see which units have open daily or weekly tasks. This is displayed below each unit. This way you can immediately see which rooms you still need to clean.  

• Filter on open tasks - A new filter has been added that allows filtering on open daily or weekly tasks. Are daily tasks the focus today? Then you can easily shorten your to-do list with this filter.
