The checklist module can be applied to a wide variety of cases. It can be used for a simple audit, registration list, HACCP, legionella check, satisfaction survey and many more. A checklist can be filled out in the App. A checklist can be chosen from the planning, but you can also choose to fill out a checklist ad hoc.

Planned checklist

To start a checklist from the planning, follow the steps below:


You can start a checklist from the home screen or from a specific client, object or unit screen. Follow the steps below to start the checklist.

1. Swipe to see the open audits

2. Click on the Checklist you want to complete

3. Click on Start audit

Tip
If you are unable to fill out the checklist due to circumstances, click on the checklist in question and click on I cannot start instead of Start audit and enter the reason for not starting, e.g. a closed location.


4. The checklist is opened

a. Data

- Add a description if necessary

- When cleaners have been added to Leviy, choose the desired cleaner

- Check the details and click on Categories at the top.

b. Categories 

- Choose the correct judgement for each item by swiping or clicking on the row

- Check that the item has been filled in correctly and proceed to Completion

c. Completion (If applicable)

- Click on Add or Enter manually to add attendees

- Fill in the details and click on Signature

- Click on Save at the top right

5. Click on Saveat the top right of the screen

6. Click on Send to complete the checklist


Tip
If you are interrupted, you can click on the arrow at the top left to save the checklist. You can find and resume the checklist from the home screen.

Ad hoc checklist

Follow the steps below to start a checklist ad hoc.


1. Click on Clients, Objects or Units on the home screen 


2. Click on the desired Client, Object or Unit

3. Click on the desired Checklist under 'Actions'


Take note
Multiple checklists may be available for a single object or unit. In that case, click on Start checklist, after which a menu with the different checklists will appear. Choose the checklist you want to use.


4. The checklist is opened

a. Data

- Add a description if necessary

- When cleaners have been added to Leviy, choose the desired cleaner

- Check the details and click on Categories at the top.

b. Categories 

- Choose the correct judgement for each item by swiping or clicking on the row

- Check that the item has been filled in correctly and proceed to Completion

- Click on Add or Enter manually to add attendees

- Fill in the details and click on Signature

- Click on Save at the top right

5. Click on Saveat the top right of the screen

6. Click on Send to complete the checklist
