How do I plan a service of a work ticket?

Services are part of a work ticket, and in turn a work ticket can consist of one or more services.  

Think of the services to be executed as a task and the work ticket as your to-do list. 

In this article, we'll explain how to plan the services. 


1. Navigate to Work Tickets through the main menu

2. Go to Planning in the menu on the left

3. Click on Addto select one or more employees for whom you want to schedule the services. 

On the left you will find the services yet to be scheduled. Each section indicates an individual service. Hover with your mouse over the service to get more information, e.g. about the Client, Object, Address & Instructions.

4. There are two ways of planning:

a. Click on the Suggested Date of the service you want to schedule, or:

b. Drag the service to the date of your choice. 



Tip 
Services are scheduled for the selected employees. Have you selected a group of employees, but only want to schedule a service for one of these employees? Click on the relevant employee. 



Note 
If you choose to work with an ERP system to interface with Leviy, the system should include a date by which the service should be performed. Contact your customer manager for more information.
