The work schedule provides an easy setup of a digital work schedule. The advantage of digitising is that work is done more efficiently and it is easier to extract insights from the records as opposed to working on paper.

The option is there to set up a work schedule for an object for regular and periodic work. The settings are one-off after which the tasks appear in the app on the days you choose.

Setting up the work schedule is per object and multiple work schedules can be created per object. For example, you can create a work schedule for special floors and another work schedule for regular work.

When you want to start working with work schedules, the two following must be carried out first:

Turning on the Work Schedule for the object

If you want to work with this, you can indicate this to your client manager and they will ensure that the work schedule is turned on for the object(s).

Configure task definitions for the object

In order to link tasks to the relevant work programme, they must first be configured. To do this, task definitions need to be created under the object.

You can read how to create task definitions at the object in the article: How can I configure tasks?
