Once the work schedule is configured, it is time for employees to start working with it. In this article, you will read how shop floor employees can register scheduled task definitions in the App, but also how they can cancel task definitions if necessary:

Register task definitions

To complete the tasks, follow the steps below:

1. On the home screen, click Objects

2. Go to the relevant Object

3. Under Cleaning, click Regular and the overview with all scheduled tasks for today appears.

4. Click the relevant unit and today's tasks are displayed, distinguished into Daily, Weekly and Periodic

5. Register the work performed by ticking the task definition

6. At the bottom, click on 'Register 'number' of tasks'

7. A summary appears and when correct, click Confirm

Note
- Daily tasks are ticked by default and weekly and periodic ones can be ticked if you have completed them.

Tips
- Filter by certain sections to narrow down your list. For example, select your own work item or choose a particular category, like plumbing to complete all plumbing units first.
- The Open Tasks filter allows you to filter by open daily or weekly tasks. Is the focus today only on daily tasks? Then you can easily shorten your task list with this filter.
- Progress bar that provides insight into daily tasks and one for (bi-)weekly tasks. These keep track of the progress of your task list and as the day progresses and the tasks are registered by you, this bar becomes increasingly greener.
- When completing (bi-)weekly tasks, it is now possible to select them all at once. This saves a lot of time!
