Below you will find an overview of all improvements that can be found in September 2024. Do you have feedback or wishes? Let us know here and maybe we will soon translate your feedback into a nice improvement!


Cleaning


  • Creating tasks & work tickets - Work tickets include 1 or more tasks/assignments to be delivered by an employee. From now on, these can be created in Leviy in the web application; an integration with other software is no longer necessary. As a result, the entire flow, from creation, to scheduling on a date/time, assignment to employees, handling in the App and settlement is available completely independently. This module is very suitable for ad hoc work, specialist cleaning such as window cleaning, facade maintenance, and the like.
  • Work schedules linkage - Work schedule define the frequency of cleaning operations. After adding the fixed periodic frequencies last month, we are now adding two extensions in terms of applying a work schedule to units: via the use of filters (e.g. by floor/building section/etc.), a work schedule can soon be applied in batch to a larger set of units. In addition, we are adding an export function. In combination with the import function, which already exists for importing data from calculations, this will also make it possible to make adjustments in batch.
  • RQMS controls - Leviy currently supports 4 types of control systems: Checklist, DKS, MKS and RQMS. RQMS controls always had their own menu-item in the main menu. This is going to change: RQMS controls are moving to the new Quality menu. This is also where the insights of all controls will soon be found.



General


  • Main menu web application - Leviy's main menu in the web browser (the vertical bar with icons on the left) is being improved step by step. Notifications, Quality and Time Tracking will be added. Cleaning & Work orders are brought closer together, and Communication is moved to the bottom. Titles will also be added to the icons. This restructuring has to do with various ‘Insights’ (analytical reports) that will become available in the near future, but also with making various functionalities more accessible and findable. 
  • Zoom in App- In the App, it is possible to zoom in up to 160%. Easily increase readability this way!
