What are the minimum requirements for a tablet/mobile phone to use the Leviy App?

To use the Leviy App, you need to use a device. There are a number of device requirements to ensure that the App works optimally.


General requirements

We provide support for our App that has been downloaded from the Google Play Store or the App Store. If the Leviy App has been installed in any other way, we cannot guarantee our support. You can use local Wi-Fi, 4G/5G, or a hotspot via your smartphone.


Device selection

Release date
For optimal use, we recommend a device with a release date of no more than 2 years ago.

Newer devices receive security and system updates for longer, which ensures better performance and security.


Please note
Budget models generally receive shorter support than mid-range or high-end devices.


Working memory (RAM)

Choose a device with at least 3 GB of RAM.

Most modern apps run noticeably more stable with this amount of RAM or more.


Battery

A larger battery capacity ensures a longer usage time. This is especially important for intensive or prolonged use of the App.


Camera

A device with a functioning camera is required, as certain features in the App use it.


NFC functionality

Required when using Leviy modules that support NFC scanning.


Operating system (OS)

For optimal performance and security, we recommend using the app on the latest available operating system.

Tip
Newer OS versions not only provide additional features, but also important security updates.
