Are you unable to perform the following steps? Perhaps you don't have the right role or user type. Please contact your organisation's Administrator or click here to read more about roles & user types.

An MKS audit is very similar to a DKS audit.  In contrast to the DKS audit, the MKS audit works with point deduction. In order to perform an MKS with the App, an MKS definition must first be configured in the Dashboard.

Take note
In the steps below, we have assumed that the desired elements have already been added. Haven't you done this yet? Then read here how to add the elements.

Follow the steps below to add a new MKS definition:

    1. Click on Checks & Forms and then on MKS definitions in the toolbar

    2. Click on Addat the top right

    3. Fill in the following information:

        a. For Title, enter the title of the MKS definition

        b. Indicate at which objects you can conduct the MKS definition

- If you choose objects from clients: then you link the MKS definition to all objects from the selected clients.

- If you choose for objects: then you link the MKS definition to separate objects

        c. Indicate whether you want to conduct the MKS on Rooms or Units

        d. Specify the minimum number of rooms to be checked

        e. Specify the maximum number of rooms to be checked

        f. Add Fatal questions if necessary

        g. Indicate whether Attendees are desired or required

        h. Click on Save

    4. Click on the MKS definition that has just been added

    5. Click on Weighting factors

    6. Click on Add element to add new elements

    7. Click on Add

    8. Fill in the following:

        a. Select a category

        b. Enter the weighting factor for the category

    9. Click on Add

    10. Click on Edit

    11. Fill in the point deduction of the element for that room type

    12. Click on Save

This was the last step, you have now added an MKS definition.
