On a daily basis, employees fill out various forms. For example, claim forms, forms for hiring staff or client reports. You can easily set up in the Dashboard to which clients, objects, units and roles the form should be linked. How to do this is explained in this article.

Follow the steps below to link a form to a client, object, unit and role:


1. In the menu bar at the top, click on Manage and then on Forms

2. Choose the form to be modified

3. Click on Edit at the top right

4. Clients, Objects and Unit

Indicate for which clients, objects or units the form may be filled in.

a. If you choose clients, you can link the form to one or more clients.

b. If you choose for objects of clients, you can link the form to all objects of one or more clients.

c. If you choose objects, you can link the form to one or more objects.

d. If you choose units of objects, you can link the form easily to all units of one or more objects.

e. If you choose units, you can link the form to one or more units.

5. Roles

Indicate the roles that should have access to this form.
