With Leviy it is possible to give a unit a cleaning status (Clean, Check, Completed, Released and No Status). With this module, you can optimise the cleaning processes in, for example, a holiday park, a hospital or an office. These statuses can be imported into Leviy and are assigned to a cleaner and/or supervisor.


The planning can be made on the Planned statuses page. In this article, you can read more about this. As soon as you convert today's planning, it will become available on the Units page and the employees can start with the app. Do you still want to make changes after creating the planning? Then follow the steps below. 


Changes that can be made are:

In this article we explain all possible changes separately. Of course, it is also possible to change the Cleaning status, Labels, Cleaner, Auditor and/or Remarks of a unit at once.

All changes in the Dashboard start with the following two steps:

1. Navigate to the required Object via the menu bar

2. Click on Units in the local navigation on the left


Changing cleaning status

Follow the steps below to change the cleaning status of a unit.

3. Select the unit(s) for which the cleaning status needs to be adjusted

4. Click on Actions and then Change status

5. Select the required Status via the drop-down menu, choose from:

a. Clean

b. Check

c. Done

d. Released

e. Unknown

6. Click on Save

The status of the selected unit(s) has been changed.


Changing labels

Follow the steps below to add new labels, remove or edit existing labels of units. 

3. Select the unit(s) for which labels need to be modified 

4. Click on Actions and then Change Status

5. Select the desired Label from the drop-down menu

6. Click on Save

The label of the selected unit(s) has been changed.


Take note
Changing labels, remarks or assigning an employee is only possible for units of the same unit category.

Changing remarks

Follow the steps below to add, delete or edit remarks.

3. Select the unit(s) for which the comments need to be changed

4. Click on Actions and then Change status

5. For Remark, write down the required text 

6. Click on Save

The remark of the selected unit(s) has been changed.


Assign an employee to unit

Follow the steps below to assign an employee to a unit or to change the assigned employee. 

3. Select the unit(s) to which an employee must be assigned.

4. Click on Actions and then Change status

5. Select the required Cleaner or Supervisor from the drop-down menu

6. Click on Save

The employee of the selected unit(s) are assigned.
