When conducting a DKS, MKS or RQMS you check elements in a room. You can enter these rooms manually in the app during the inspection, but you can also choose to add the roomlist of an object in the Dashboard so that the Auditor can easily select one of the rooms. For RQMS the latter is mandatory.


This article explains how to edit or delete rooms. Click on the subject you want to know more about below:


Edit rooms

Follow the steps below to change a room:


1. Navigate to the object for which you want to edit rooms

2. Click on Rooms in the local navigation

3. Click on the room you would like to edit

4. Click on Edit at the top right

The following data can be changed:

- Title 

- Room number

- Room category

- Surface area

- Storey

- Department

- Block

5. Click on Save



Pay Attention
Editing rooms through an import is not possible. 

Delete rooms

Follow the steps below to delete a room:


1. Navigate to the object for which you want to delete the rooms

2. Click on Rooms in the local navigation

3. Click on the room you would like to delete

4. Click Delete at the top right

5. Click Delete again to confirm
