Important information
To change the details of a user you need to have one of the following user types: HR Employee or Administrator.


Over time, things can change within your organisation, which means that the data of one or more users must be changed. In this article, you will find a step-by-step plan for changing this information.


All changes start with these two steps:

1. Navigate in the Dashboard to Accounts via the App switcher

2. Go to Users in the menu on the left



Changes that can be made are:


Change name

To change the name, first follow steps 1 and 2 as mentioned above.


After this follow the steps below:

3. In the search bar, type the name of the user and press enter

4. Click on the desired user

5. Click on the name of the user, the option will appear to edit it

6. Enter the new name

7. Click on Save new name




Change job title

To change the job title, first follow steps 1 and 2 as mentioned above.


After this follow the steps below:

3. In the search bar, type the name of the user and press enter

4. Click on the desired user

5. Click on the job title of the user, the option will appear to edit it

6. Enter the new job title

7. Click on Save new job title



Change email address

To change the email address, first follow steps 1 and 2 as mentioned above.


After this follow the steps below:

3. In the search bar, type the name of the user and press enter

4. Click on the desired user

5. Click on the email address of the user, the option will appear to edit it

6. Enter the new email address

7. Click on Save new email address



Change password

To change the password, first follow steps 1 and 2 as mentioned above.


After this follow the steps below:

3. In the search bar, type the name of the user and press enter

4. Click on the desired user

5. Click on the password of the user, the option will appear to edit it

6.  Enter the new password

7.  Click on Save new password



Change group

To change the group, first follow steps 1 and 2 as mentioned above.


After this follow the steps below:

3. In the search bar, type the name of the user and press enter

4. Click on the desired user

5. Click on the group of the user, the option will appear to edit it

6. Enter the new group and delete the old

7. Click on Update assigned groups



Change user type

To change the user type, first follow steps 1 and 2 as mentioned above.


After this follow the steps below:

3. In the search bar, type the name of the user and press enter

4. Click on the desired user

5. Click on the user type of the user, the option will appear to edit it

6. Enter the new user type and delete the old

7. Click on Update assigned user types



Change role

To change the role, first follow steps 1 and 2 as mentioned above.


After this follow the steps below:

3. In the search bar, type the name of the user and press enter

4. Click on the desired user

5. Click on the role of the user, the option will appear to edit it

6. Enter the new role and delete the old

7. Click on Update assigned roles
