How do I edit clients, objects and units?

The basic configuration in Leviy includes customers, objects and units. It is important that you add them in this the order. So first you create the customer, then the objects. If desired, you can add units to an object. Now it may happen that something changes here, for example the address of the object. In this article you will learn how to edit clients, objects and units.

Edit Client


Follow the steps below to edit a customer:


1. Navigate to Organization from the main menu

2. From the left menu, go to Clients

3. Click on the appropriate Customer and click Edit 

4. The data below can be edited: 

a. The Title

b. The Customer number 

c. The Logo

5. Click Save


The customer data has been edited.


Edit Object

Follow the steps below to edit an object:


1. Navigate to Organization from the main menu

2. From the left menu, go to Objects

3. Click on the corresponding Object 

4. Click on the appropriate tab - Basic Information, Location or Contact - and click Edit 

4. The information below can be edited at the following tabs:

a. Basic Information

- Title of the object.

- The object number

b. Location

- The Country

- The Time Zone

- The Longitude and Latitude

- The Street Name

- The House Number

- The Postal Code

- The City

c. Contact Person

- Name of the contact person

- The email address of the contact person

5. Click Save


The object data has been edited.



Edit Unit 


Follow the steps below to edit a unit:


1. Using the menu bar, navigate to the Unit you want to edit

2. Click Edit in the upper right corner. 

3. The data below can be edited:

a. The Title of the Unit

b. The Unit Category

c. The Unit number

d. The text for the QR code 

e. The layouts

f. The Longitude and Latitude

5. Click Save


The unit data has been edited.  



Note
To edit a unit category, that unit category must have been created prior to editing.
