Modified on Tue, 06 Feb 2024 at 01:52 PM

It is our mission to improve your working day. To achieve this, we are constantly working on new developments so that you can work more efficiently, but above all enjoy what you do!

Below you will find an overview of all improvements that can be found in January 2024. Do you have feedback or wishes? Let us know here and maybe we will soon translate your feedback into a nice improvement!

General

  • SSO - single sign-on - When logging into Leviy, it is possible to log in with an external account, known as SSO - single sign-on. This means you can use an existing account and password, reducing the number of different login information you have to remember. That’s convenient!

Cleaning

  • New year, new unit overview - To emphasise open tasks, issues and audits the unit overview has undergone a metamorphosis. For instance, the top bar has been given a touch of lighter paint, and you will find the associated client and object under the information icon.

  • Colour cleaning status - The display of the cleaning status and the associated information has also been revamped. You can instantly see if something needs to be done by the colour of the status. These changes not only make the unit information clearer but also more compact, allowing open tasks, issues and audits to be more prominent.

  • Progress indicator - In the list of units with regular tasks, you can see the progress of the units with daily tasks. At the top, you can see the total number of units in the bar and how many have already completed the daily tasks. This makes it clear that your to-do list is getting shorter!

  • Parts filter - The previous release notes mentioned that the Parts filter had been adjusted for regular cleaning. Now, the same modification has been made in the unit screen and the periodic tasks.
This change involves that instead of clicking on ‘parts’, from now on you click on the names of the layouts, such as ‘Floors’ or ‘Departments’. This makes it easier to understand and also a lot clearer!

  • Linked work schedule - From now on, it is possible to see which work schedule is linked to each unit from an overview of all units of an object. Soon, it will also be possible to link the work schedule from this overview.

Issues

  • Description issues - From now on, the description of the issues will be shown. To enhance the overview, the status is now displayed in colour, red for open issue and orange for those in progress.

Task Definition

  • System name optional - Entering a system name when configuring a task definition has been made optional.
