It is our mission to improve your working day. To achieve this, we are constantly working on new developments so that you can work more efficiently, but above all enjoy what you do!

Below you will find an overview of all improvements that can be found in August 2024. Do you have feedback or wishes? Let us know here and maybe we will soon translate your feedback into a nice improvement!

Cleaning

  • Periodic tasks in specific weeks - We're enhancing our periodic task scheduling with a new feature that allows tasks to be scheduled within specific weeks, ensuring they are completed on time—crucial for compliance in environments like hospitals. The app will now display task deadlines, and tasks will automatically be cancelled if not completed within the designated period.
  • Flexibility in Daily Tasks for Night and Shift Work - We are introducing a new feature that allows site managers to set flexible start and end times for managing daily tasks from both yesterday and tomorrow, accommodating night and shift work more effectively. The app will be updated to clearly display whether users are viewing tasks from yesterday, today, or tomorrow. As a result, tasks will remain open longer, affecting cancellation logic and analytics. This update is based on customer feedback and provides greater control over task scheduling and completion.
  • Cleaning situation on floorplans or maps- Users can now view the current cleaning status directly on building floorplans or a geographic map, enhancing clarity and efficiency. Accessible through the 'Status Floorplan' option in the Cleaning menu, this feature supports both work schedules and regular cleaning statuses. Users can easily switch between floorplans and view detailed unit information with progress indicators, all in real time without disrupting the map view. This update ensures a streamlined and consistent experience across all cleaning operations.

General

  • Updating units now possible via import - When you want to add new units to Leviy, this is possible via an import. Previously, it was only possible to update units manually. This process is now changing. When the unit number is the same, the Unit Title, Unit Category, QR code, and Part* will be updated.

*If the ‘Layout/Layouts’ column is filled in, the specified Part for that Layout will be adopted as the new truth for the unit. If no Part is filled in, the Part will be removed. Removing the entire Layouts column prevents this from happening.

  • Adding and Removing Paper and Soap Dispensers via the App - It will soon be possible to easily add and remove MTS Euro Products dispensers directly from the workplace using the Leviy app. Scanning a QR code will immediately link the dispenser to the correct unit and automatically appear in the list of dispensers. This provides a fast and efficient way to manage your dispensers.

  • Batch Synchronization of Units with Other Systems - The Units API has been updated and equipped with all the necessary functionalities for efficient integration with calculation software for cleaning work programs. Thanks to this update, parties developing calculation software can easily integrate and ensure that the required basic data about units is always synchronised with their own master data.
