Filtering the Dashboards

The Boards give a general view of the entire organisation, but sometimes you want to be able to zoom in. This can be done in several ways.

Click on the option you want to know more about:

• Filter panel
• Widgets

All topics presented in this article require you to be logged into Leviy Analytics. 

Filter panel

The filter panel is on the right-hand side of the screen. This allows you to filter the data displayed on the Board as required. 

1. Navigate right to the filter panel 

2. Move your mouse to the required filter

3. Click on Edit

4. In the pop-up menu you can select the required values

5. Click on Ok

Take note
- The filter panel may be collapsed and the filter options are not visible. On the right side of the screen you will find. By clicking on this, the panel folds in or out. 
- With the 'Date' filter, it is possible to choose between a different time display, e.g. years, months, quarters or by using the calendar display.

Widgets

It is also possible to filter a Board without using the filter panel. By clicking on a specific item in the widget, the Board changes. 

1. Click on an item in the widget

2. The board changes according to the chosen widget

Tip
It may happen that conflicting filters occur. To make sure you start with a clean slate restore the filters by clickingon the top right of the filter panel.
