How can I set the automations of cleaning status?

With Leviy it is possible to give a unit a cleaning status. With this module you can optimize the cleaning processes in, for example, a vacation park, a hospital or an office. These statuses can be imported into Leviy and are then assigned to a cleaner and/or controller.

Two automations are possible in this process. Below you will find more explanation about both automations:

• Convert statuses
  It is possible to import a schedule for a date in the future. On the day itself, these statuses will have to be converted to Unit page so that it is available in the App. This automation will convert the schedule every day at the chosen time, that is, overwrite the current cleaning statuses with the scheduled cleaning statuses. The current cleaning statuses will not be changed if there are no scheduled cleaning statuses.
• Resetting statuses
  If you want the cleaning statuses reset every day, for example to start with a clean slate in the morning before converting, you can use this automation. This automation resets the current cleaning statuses to 'Unknown' and removes the comment, tags and assigned employees each day at the chosen time.

Follow the steps below to set up the automations:

1. Go to the main menu and choose Cleaning

2. Choose an object

3. In the left menu, go to Policy

4. Choose the automations you want to set:

a. Click Edit  at Convert Statuses, and/or:

b. Click Edit  by Resetting Statuses.

5. Choose a time and click Save

You have now set the automations of cleaning statuses!
