When cleaning a room, it can occur that a room is occupied or that you come across a technical defect. If the latter is the case, you would like to report this, so it can be solved. To do so, you can report an issue with Leviy.


An issue can be reported in the Dashboard or in the App. In this article both ways are discussed, choose below which applies to you:


Dashboard


Follow the steps below to report an issue in the Dashboard:

1. Navigate to the applicable Client, Object or Unit

2. Click on Issues in the local navigation on the left



3. Click on the Blue button (Plus)at the top right

4. Fill in the details of the issue

        a. Choose the Issue type

        b. Fill in a short description of the issue in the Title

        c. Provide extra information in the Description

        d. Optionally add a Photo 

        e. Click on Save



App


Follow the steps below to report an issue in the App:

1. Navigate to the applicable Client, Object or Unit

 

2. Click on the red button Create issue

3. Choose the applicable Issue type

4. Fill in the details of the issue

        a. Fill in a short description of the issue in the Title

        b. Provide extra information in the Description

        c. Assign the issue to a user

        d. Optionally add a Photo 

        e. Click on Saveto save the issue
